Social Worker – Learning Disabilities (Flexible Hours)

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Social Worker to join the Learning Disabilities Team in Somerset. The role offers flexibility with Part Time / Full Time options and pay of £38.00 per hour, supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independently and with wellbeing.

You will undertake Care Act assessments, develop personalised care plans, work collaboratively with families and professionals, and promote client rights and participation in services.
