Children’s Social Worker – Case Management & Flex Hours

Caritas Recruitment invites a qualified Social Worker to join the Children’s SP – Case Management Team in Shropshire. You will assess needs, develop care plans and ensure the welfare and safety of children within the community.

You will collaborate with schools, health services and other agencies, maintain case records, and participate in multidisciplinary reviews to support vulnerable children and families.
