We are looking for someone friendly, organised, and confident to join our team and help young people aged 14 to 25.
The job is part of the Special Educational Needs (SEN) team. The team helps students who need extra support with their learning, health, or wellbeing.
In this job, you would:
- Type up important plans and documents about students.
- Take notes during meetings and type quickly so important information is not missed.
- Help students, teachers, wellbeing staff, and managers share information with each other.
- Keep track of how students are doing and record their progress.
- Use spreadsheets on a computer (Excel) to keep information organised.
- Work with other team members to make sure everything is completed on time.
The person we are looking for should:
- Feel confident talking to and working with young people aged 14 to 25.
- Know about Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), or have worked with them before.
- Be able to type quickly and accurately during meetings.
- Be good with computers, especially Excel spreadsheets.
- Be organised, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
