Youth Independence Outreach Officer

Taff Housing Association in Cardiff is seeking an Outreach Support Officer to help young people aged 16 to 21 move into independent accommodation and sustain tenancy. The role is on-site and part-time, with a fixed annual salary and a supportive, trauma-informed environment.

You will provide person-centred support in residents’ homes, run workshops, manage safeguarding and budgeting, and help residents build confidence to thrive and progress in their housing journeys.
