Hybrid Contract Democratic Services Officer (Locum)

Sellick Partnership are excited to be working with a well‑respected local authority in the North West to recruit a Locum Democratic Services Officer. The position is hybrid, with an initial 3–6 month contract and options for extension.

The role involves advising Members and officers, ensuring decisions at committees comply with legal and constitutional requirements, supporting all aspects of decision making, and leading on Cabinet, Council and Committee meetings, minutes and agenda publication.
