Court Operations & Frontline Support Officer

Ministry of Justice in Northampton is seeking Operational Support Officers to provide excellent customer service and administrative support to court users, judiciary and management. You will work as part of a team to progress cases and help ensure service standards across your area.

The role is primarily court-based with hybrid working, and standard hours of 37 per week (with part-time/flexible patterns considered).
