IPS Employment Specialist: Build Careers in Supported Work

Blackpool Council is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to help people with health conditions or barriers to work secure paid employment in Blackpool. You will deliver the IPS model with training and provide person-centred support, advice and guidance.

You will travel locally to meet clients and employers, build strong relationships, and coordinate with referral agencies to promote recovery through employment.
