Part-Time People Experience Coordinator

AJ Walter Aviation is seeking a proactive People Coordinator to join the People team in a part-time capacity (25–30 hours per week). The role provides end-to-end administration across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to employee relations support and records management.

The successful candidate will collaborate with managers, host induction days, draft contracts, perform pre-employment checks and assist with engagement events.
