IT Support Technician – 1st/2nd Line, Windows & M365

The Cadillac Formula 1 Team at the Silverstone Facility is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide desktop support for end-users and guests, acting as the first contact for IT incidents and service requests.

You will manage tickets, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and perform installations and configurations across Windows, iOS and macOS environments while collaborating with IT teams.
