End-User IT Support Engineer

Harrods is seeking an End User Support Technician to join the IT Team at our Knightsbridge store. The role provides support to 4000+ users across Retail, Distribution and Corporate, handling hardware, software and devices to ensure seamless end-user operations.

You will liaise with the End User Team Leader and contribute to the governance of front-office support, leveraging expertise in Windows 10, Mac OS, Office 365, Teams and security technologies to maintain a secure, efficient IT environment.
