IT Technician – M365/AD Helpdesk (Nottingham)

Yü Group, a leading UK energy supplier, seeks an IT Technician to work primarily at our Innovation Centre in Nottingham with occasional travel to Leicester and Manchester sites. You will handle IT support, configure devices, manage AD/GP, and maintain M365 and conferencing systems.

Ideal candidates will have strong ticketing, SLA adherence, and a pro-active, team-oriented approach. Travel to other sites is required occasionally; a full UK driving licence is preferred.
