Front Door Triage Assistant: Digital Care & Tech

Rochdale Council is seeking an Initial Triage Assistant to support the Prevention & Digital Strategic plan, focusing on digital inclusion and the delivery of assistive technology such as Careline. You will join the front door team for all new contacts into adult care, helping to delay and reduce care needs by implementing technology solutions.

The role is part of an expanding team aiming to test and deliver new initiatives.
