Hybrid Legal Assistant – Planning, Highways & Property

The Kent County Council in-house legal team is seeking a Legal Assistant to join the Planning, Highways and Property team. You will support solicitors with a range of administrative and legal tasks and gain exposure to high-quality planning and property work.

Based in Maidstone with a hybrid pattern (minimum three days in the office), you will develop drafting and case-management skills while supporting clients across departments and contributing to public services and local community outcomes.
