Paralegal – Hybrid London (12‑Month Contract)

Gowling WLG is hiring a Paralegal for a 12 month fixed-term contract, seconded to a key client based in London. The role is based in Holborn with at least 3 days a week in the office and standard hours 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

You will assist with a range of legal matters and projects, including reviewing commercial contracts, and supporting the company secretariat on restructurings and related actions. The role requires strong analytical ability and ethical commitment.
