Senior Process Operator – Gold Processing Leader FIFO/DIDO

Gold Fields is seeking a Senior Process Operator at our St Ives mine site to support the Process Shift Supervisor, lead by example, and assist with day-to-day plant operations. You will monitor and operate processing equipment, coordinate daily tasks, and drive safety culture across the team.

The role requires a strong background in gold processing, leadership experience, and the ability to liaise with Metallurgy and Maintenance to optimise performance.
