Housing Compliance & Resident Safety Coordinator

Manchester City Council is recruiting a Landlord Compliance Coordinator to support landlord compliance and building safety within Housing Services, with initial focus on the Awaab’s Law framework. You will provide high-quality administrative support, manage records and compliance data, coordinate no-access cases, decants, repairs, and ensure actions meet statutory timescales.
