Youth Support Worker — Flexible, Impactful Role

Lancashire County Council’s Early Help – Education and Children’s Services is hiring an Assistant Youth Support Worker to help deliver youth provision across Lancashire, with evenings and occasional weekends to meet young people’s needs.

The role requires NVQ/RVQ Level 2 or JNC-recognised Youth and Community Work qualification (or willingness to work towards), strong communication, patience, resilience, and commitment to safeguarding.
