Resident Services & Safety Coordinator

YMCA St Paul’s Group is seeking a front-desk receptionist to deliver excellent customer service to residents and visitors within our London housing and support services. You will handle calls, inquiries, payments, and basic administrative tasks while upholding safety and wellbeing standards.

As a first point of contact, you will support health and safety routines, assist with wellbeing initiatives, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive community across our sites in outer London locations.
