Dynamic Transport & Customer Service Coordinator

WR Logistics is seeking a highly organised Customer Service Transport Operator to join our busy transport team at Tamworth/Aston. You will manage daily transport volumes, coordinate with internal teams and ensure exceptional service delivery to customers.

Based in a fast-paced environment, you will act as the main point of contact for customers, resolve issues efficiently and build solid relationships with internal stakeholders while maintaining accurate data in our transport systems.
