Operations & Programs Lead

Mindstone seeks a proactive operations assistant to join our London-based hybrid team. You’ll report to the CEO and work closely with the COO, helping turn ideas into tangible outcomes and coordinating senior-level activities.

You’ll gain hands-on experience at the AI frontier, using Rebel daily to organize work, manage events like Swarm Week, and support the community while developing your judgement and project ownership skills.
