Secure Unit Education Support Specialist

Protocol Education Ltd. is recruiting for a Teaching Assistant / Support Worker to work in a children’s secure unit. You will support young people throughout their day, helping them engage with education and develop positive routines.

We are particularly interested in candidates with SEND, SEMH, PRUs or alternative provision experience, residential care, or youth work. This role offers ongoing training, a dedicated local consultant and long-term opportunities.
