Customer Service Advisor: Delivery & Client Care

FM Conway Ltd. is seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor for its Aggregate and Asphalt division, based at the Sevenoaks head office.

The role involves delivering clear, timely updates to customers about deliveries and collections, handling a high volume of inbound enquiries, and working Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:00. You will negotiate delivery windows, maintain a service-focused approach, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure service levels are met and improved where possible.
