Hospital Retail Lead & Customer Service Coach

Royal Voluntary Service is seeking a part-time Retail Senior Customer Assistant for Hairmyres Hospital, East Kilbride. You will support day-to-day operations of the hospital retail shop and work with volunteers to deliver excellent customer service and a smooth shopping experience.

You will manage till operations, help with stock replenishment, and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety while representing the charity’s values in daily interactions.
