Payroll Service Coordinator: Frontline Support & Data

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking a Payroll Service Coordinator to join our Central Payroll team and be the first point of contact for employee payroll queries. You’ll deliver a professional, timely, and helpful payroll service while supporting colleagues across Payroll, People & Culture, Pensions and other teams.

You’ll handle queries via our system, phone and email, manage SLAs, protect data privacy and contribute to continuous service improvements in a large, complex organisation.
