Debt Recovery: Customer Service Advisor (Uncapped Commission)

Confidential are seeking a Customer Service Advisor at their Truro head office to deliver exceptional service by building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs.

You will work closely with internal teams to resolve queries, provide accurate information and ensure every interaction reflects the company’s commitment to excellence. The role is office-based, 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9:00–17:30 with 1 in 4 Saturdays, ASAP start.
