Warehouse Supervisor: Excellence in Picking & Delivery

Epwin Group Plc in Tamworth, UK is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate and improve warehouse operations, ensure on-time despatch of finished goods, and drive continuous improvement across picking, stock control and loading.

You will lead a team, implement 5S practices, optimise the WMS, and ensure safety, quality and service targets are met daily.

The role requires 3+ years in fast-paced warehousing, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office.
