Customer Assistant | Flexible Retail & Service Expert

John Lewis & Partners is looking for a Customer Assistant to join our team in-store. You will deliver outstanding customer service, keep displays looking inviting and ensure stock availability and store standards are maintained to support loyalty to our brand.

You will use your product knowledge and training to drive sales, assist customers at every step, and work flexibly across the shop including till support, stock replenishment and general shop‑keeping tasks.
