Frontline Retail Assistant — Flexible Hours & Digital Tools

Marks and Spencer is looking for a Customer Assistant to be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. You’ll deliver five-star service, share knowledge about our products, and use Sparks App and in-store devices to help customers find what they want.

This frontline role is fast-paced and requires resilience, teamwork, and flexibility to work across different store areas. Shifts follow a two-week pattern and will vary to meet customer demand.
