Hybrid Customer Care Specialist – Growth & Support

SNG (Sovereign Network Group) is hiring full-time Customer Service Advisors in Basingstoke. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, owning and resolving queries with empathy and strong problem-solving skills.

Initially based in our Basingstoke office for six months, with a view to hybrid working. The role offers a 37-hour week on a rotating schedule between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, supporting a busy contact services team.
