Customer Hub Specialist (Housing & Support)

Bron Afon Community Housing is recruiting a Customer Hub Assistant for a full-time, 37-hour-per-week role. The starting salary is £26,276 per annum, with interviews planned for mid-October.

The successful candidate will support customers by phone, email and in person, delivering high-quality service in a busy, student-friendly environment. The role requires strong communication, empathy and IT skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and work well both independently and in a team.
