Everyday Banking Customer Advisor — Glasgow | Hybrid Role

Santander UK is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for our Glasgow contact centre. In this telephony-based role you’ll handle day-to-day transactions, answer queries, and update customer records, delivering an empathetic service to help customers and the bank stay safe.

You’ll work a flexible shift pattern between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday, with a starting salary of £25,000 plus a £500 flexible benefit allowance and a discretionary 8% annual bonus. Full UK right to work required.
