Housing Customer Services Officer – Repairs

RM Recruit is partnering with a Lambeth-based housing client to recruit an experienced Customer Services Officer for a 4-month assignment in London. You will be the main contact for residents and handle housing management and repairs inquiries, while providing admin support to the Housing Management Team.

The role is full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with scope to work one day from home after settling in. Potential transition to permanent placement.
