Protocol Education are working with a specialist and inclusive school in Newham who are seeking a Permanent Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is resilient, confident, and committed to supporting pupils with challenging behaviour in a positive and structured way.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, using calm behaviour management strategies to promote engagement and help pupils access learning while building strong relationships with staff.
