Lead Food Safety Inspector & Enforcement Officer

The Oyster Partnership Ltd. is recruiting an experienced Food Inspection Officer / Environmental Health Officer to join a busy Local Authority Environmental Health team.

You will inspect, audit and monitor food premises, and carry out enforcement actions as required. You will provide professional advice to businesses, determine appropriate enforcement action, and support statutory notices, evidence gathering and potential legal proceedings where needed.
