Fort George Barracks, near Nairn, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for a mostly Monday‑Friday role with 40 hours per week.

You’ll join a military kitchen, preparing buffet‑style catering for up to 90 covers in a structured, well‑organised brigade with a predictable rota and time off after weekends.

Shifts typical 10:00–18:30 or 11:00–18:30, with 3 days off following weekend shifts and a referral bonus via Platinum Recruitment.
