Reservations Agent — Guest‑Focused at London Hotel

ibis London Blackfriars is seeking a Reservations Agent to join our team in central London. You will handle bookings and guest inquiries by phone, email or in person, delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Working Mon-Fri, 8am to 4:18pm with occasional 7am-3:18pm shifts; hourly rate £14.80. We value guest focus, teamwork and a polished appearance, with training and development opportunities.
