Champneys Forest Mere is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to drive exceptional food quality and kitchen standards across breakfast, lunch and dinner services. You will lead your section, support the team, and deliver dishes that reflect the Champneys wellness philosophy.
You will coach junior chefs, manage stock and costs, ensure HACCP and hygiene compliance, and collaborate with front-of-house to create outstanding guest experiences. Salary is £33,930 per annum plus tips.
