Flexible HLTA: Lead Lessons & Support in Primary Schools

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our flexible team across Witham and Braintree, offering long-term placements and day-to-day supply work.

You will deliver planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in the teacher’s absence and support pupils both in groups and one-to-one, collaborating with teachers and senior leaders to uphold high standards of teaching. You’ll assist pupils with SEN and foster a positive learning environment.
