Ad Hoc Cover Supervisor — Learning & Behaviour Support

St Leonards School in St Andrews is seeking a Cover Supervisor (Ad Hoc) to support learning during short-term absence of teaching staff. You will supervise classes in a centralised space and ensure pre-set work is completed, while maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment.

You will manage pupil behaviour, follow safeguarding policies, and ensure resources are distributed and returned properly. This is an ad hoc role requiring flexibility and commitment to the school’s IB framework.
