Superflex Roadside Mechanic – Flexible Hours & Benefits

The RAC is looking for a Superflex Roadside Mechanic who can diagnose faults and perform roadside repairs to get members back on the road. You’ll work across the Cheltenham cluster, covering towns like Cheltenham, Gloucester, and Cirencester, and start from home with local focus.

We provide a competitive package including a RAC van, fuel card, uniform, tools and diagnostic kit, plus generous holidays and a pension. Shifts run 06:00–02:00, averaging 40 hours per week with seven‑day rosters.
