Store Associate: Grow, Lead & Make a Difference

Barnardo’s is seeking a Store Associate to help run a busy shop and deliver great customer service in our charity retail network. You will support the manager with daily operations, ensuring a welcoming store environment and accurate till and stock handling.

You’ll be well organized with strong communication skills and ready to learn how to lead a small team in the manager’s absence, helping to maximise store sales and meet targets while upholding Barnardo’s values.
