Lead Cashier & Front-End Customer Coach

The Home Depot is seeking a Head Cashier to oversee frontline cashiers and ensure fast, friendly, accurate service at the checkout areas. This role includes supervising price checks, approvals for POS transactions and markdowns across mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services and Tool Rental, and coaching junior staff.

The preferred qualification for a Head Cashier is 1+ years of cashier experience, with a focus on customer service excellence and loss prevention
