Autism & Learning Disability Community Support Worker

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is expanding its Specialist Support Team to work with key stakeholders to enhance community provision for people who are autistic or have a learning disability.

The team is multidisciplinary, including Nursing, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Work and Psychology, and will liaise with Health, Social Care and Criminal Justice partners across Greater Manchester.
