Compassionate Night Support Worker for Autistic Youth

Ambitious about Autism is seeking a Residential Waking Night Support Worker to help autistic learners feel safe, supported and cared for during night hours at St John’s College.

In this role you will stay awake and vigilant, carry out checks, assist with personal and medical needs, monitor health in line with care plans, complete handovers and collaborate with night staff across residential homes. A calm, dependable, values-driven candidate with safeguarding and communication skills is essential.
