Guest Experience Lead – Front Desk (4-Day Week)

Rosewood London is seeking a Hotel Receptionist to join our Front Office team. You will welcome guests with warmth, manage check-in and check-out efficiently, and respond to inquiries while promoting dining, spa and other services to enhance the guest experience.
