Banking & Real Estate Finance Counsel – Bridge Lending

Arrow Global is seeking a Legal Counsel – Banking to support lending and bridge real estate finance transactions in Manchester. The role involves structuring, negotiating and executing financing arrangements, while coordinating with Investment, Underwriting and Credit teams to deliver transactions.

You will provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice to stakeholders and help evolve lending processes, governance and best practice within a fast-paced environment.
