Director of Performing Arts & Drama Leadership

Unity Education Limited is seeking an Achievement Director of Performing Arts in Thurrock, starting January 2027. The post is Permanent / Fixed Term with a salary range £34,068 – £52,834 + TLR.

The role focuses on Drama and Performing Arts leadership and raising pupil achievement across Years 7 to 13. You will lead the Drama department, inspire learners, foster a positive learning environment, work with a vibrant team, and contribute to school ethos with a strong leadership presence.
