Senior Associate Lawyer – Financial Services Regulation

The Financial Conduct Authority is recruiting a Senior Associate, Practising Legal to join the Legal Division. The role spans national offices (Edinburgh, Leeds, London) and involves advising on regulatory requirements, drafting rules and policy work within the FCA Handbook, and supervising junior colleagues.

Applicants should be a qualified lawyer with at least 3 years PQE and a strong understanding of public law and financial services law.
