Senior Employment Counsel – UK&I, M&A & Transformation

Sky is seeking an employment lawyer to join its in-house HR Legal team as Senior Legal Counsel. The role covers UK and Ireland with international scope, handling contentious and non-contentious issues, transformation projects, and large-scale restructurings.

You will work with senior stakeholders, supervise junior lawyers, and coordinate with external counsel to deliver practical, commercial advice while supporting Sky’s evolving strategy.
