Regional Cost Management Lead – Real Estate (London & SE)

Hollis is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate Cost Manager to lead the cost management team in London and the South East. Based in London, you will manage a range of cost management instructions across building sectors and collaborate with the national team to grow services.

You will handle pre- and post-contract cost management, feasibility cost plans, pricing, cost reports, tenders, and site meetings, while directing the team to meet KPI targets on WIP and HIW.
